Richard Powell
- Twenty years’ experience of designing, managing and delivering complex supply chain and business turnaround programmes
- Works at Board level to develop and deliver high impact change within time and budget
- Typical project examples include business turnaround, supply chain strategy and implementation, cost reduction and performance improvement
Crispin Mair
- Fifteen years’ experience of supply chain and operations improvements projects across multiple industries on a global and pan European scale
- Skilled at leading highly complex, multi-country and cross-functional projects to drive out real benefit for clients
- Strong analytical skills, balanced with solid practical experience of designing and implementing new business processes
Tom Woodham
- Specialist in the development and implementation of purchasing strategies, strategic sourcing, cost reduction and supplier development.
- Extensive experience of managing complex projects with multiple streams of work
- Background in global procurement department of FTSE100 working in both Europe and the US
Dave Alberts
- Over twenty years’ experience of designing, managing and delivering complex change programmes, with a focus on manufacturing and planning
- Works at all levels, within budget with sustainable results, and has extensive experience across Europe and the USA
- Project examples include supply chain process and performance improvement, ERP implementation, inventory reduction and service improvement
